I notice that everyone is lifting segments of replies from place to place how do you do that?

If you are on a PC just highlight what you want to copy then right click and select quick quote. On mobile you click the quote icon but it copies the entire post and you have to backspace to erase if you want to reply to a specific portion. Much easier on PC (for me at least).
